The solid bond between two brothers is the driving force behind the formation of Mesas Trigo. Carlos Mesas, a graduate in Business Administration and Management from the International University of Catalonia (UIC Barcelona), began his professional career at a large and internationally renowned auditing firm. Jaime Mesas, a graduate in Law from ESADE University, began his professional career in one of the Big Four auditing, legal and tax services firms.<\/p>

Sharing concerns about the professional world, as well as the commonality in their personal values, served to further strengthen their relationship and they began to contemplate the possibility of working together in a law firm, an approach that materialized in a matter of months.<\/p>

The two brothers teamed up to convert the small firm specialized in accounting and tax law into a collective office of economists and lawyers, then christened Mesas Trigo.<\/p>

In 2014, in an Andorra in complete legislative tax turmoil, they began to embark on their ambitious project.<\/p>

The small Andorran firm began to grow and become known throughout the country. Their passion for their work quickly began to bear fruit, soon being involved in large-scale projects and providing legal assistance in matters of great importance for the country.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

La s\u00f3lida relaci\u00f3n de dos hermanos es el impulso del nacimiento de la firma Mesas Trigo. Carlos Mesas, licenciado en Administraci\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas por la Universidad Internacional de Catalu\u00f1a, inici\u00f3 su actividad profesional en una gran firma de auditor\u00eda con renombre internacional. Jaime Mesas, graduado en Derecho por la Universidad ESADE, inici\u00f3 su trayectoria profesional en una de las cuatro grandes firmas de auditor\u00eda, servicios legales y fiscales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Las mismas inquietudes sobre el mundo profesional, as\u00ed como la igualdad en los valores personales, sirvieron para que estrechasen a\u00fan m\u00e1s sus lazos y empezasen a contemplar la posibilidad de trabajar juntos en un despacho, un planteamiento que se cristaliz\u00f3 en pocos meses.<\/span><\/p>

Ambos hermanos se asociaron para convertir el peque\u00f1o bufete especializado en contabilidad y derecho fiscal, en un despacho colectivo de economistas y abogados, bautizado entonces con el nombre de Mesas Trigo.<\/span><\/p>

En 2014, en una Andorra en plena ebullici\u00f3n legislativa impositiva, comenzaron a poner en marcha su ambicioso proyecto.<\/span><\/p>

El peque\u00f1o despacho andorrano empez\u00f3 a crecer y a darse a conocer en el pa\u00eds. La pasi\u00f3n de ambos por su trabajo empez\u00f3 r\u00e1pido a dar sus frutos, participando desde muy pronto en grandes operaciones y dando asistencia legal en temas de gran \u00edndole para el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

The work carried out for more than five years was also consolidated on this occasion by expanding the firm, establishing its first foreign office in Madrid, led by Antonio Morales-Arce, a partner with a degree in Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).<\/p>

We began this new adventure in a vulnerable and highly volatile environment, in which the global health crisis forced us all, citizens and companies alike, to focus on what is most important: people. Once the pandemic was over, we continued about our business with more energy than ever, strengthened, if at all possible, by this bitter experience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t
